The living center GmbH is a furniture house, which was created 1902 in the Oelde. Originally the enterprise manufactured bedrooms, appeared then as furniture wholesale, before it became the retail business.

Today the enterprise employs approximately 1,500 coworkers at five locations according to own data. The largest furniture house is followed exhibition surface with 40.000 m in Unna, of the houses in Bielefeld and Delmenhorst. The truck fleet consists of nearly 70 vehicles.
