The agreement was locked in the capital by Cameroon on 20.07. the 1963 (with validity end to 31.05.1969) and/or on 29.07. the 1969 with the European community. The association agreement aimed at the structure of a foreign trade zone and the dismantling of barriers to trade. The present Treaties were predecessors of the more well-known and Cotonou agreements.
