XXXLutz is a furniture house chain originating from Austria

History

The company was created 1945 of Richard Seifert and his Mrs. Gertrude (born Lutz) in Hague at the house jerk as sales shop for regional handicraft art. To the 1970er years transferred the sons undertaking and began to expand. An important step in addition was the purchase of the company "furniture ". On 25 November 2004, as the largest branch, a furniture house in Nuremberg was opened. In January 2006 Lutz transferred the Karstadt furniture store to the to Munich.

Parts of the enterprise

To the group of firms among other things the furniture houses of the domain of facility markets and man Mobilia and the Mbelix and belong. In the year 2000 the furniture store house Neubert was transferred.

Personal

The personnel policy of the enterprise led again and again to conflicts with coworkers and trade unions. With assumptions (for example in Munich) the coworkers change notices received in order to be accepted worse contracts or replaced by new coworkers. To work councils and collective agreements the management takes a rejecting attitude.

To the early customers among other things the white at the Wolfgang lake belonged.
