The working place guidelines (ASR) are additions of workplace regulations, which more exact definitions and interpretations contain of indefinite right terms.

They are a part of the industrial safety, that the goal have the health and danger of accident to a measure to attribute, which is after the present knowledge level possible and at the same time compatible, with the interests of the economy in one - from their view - optimal use Technik.Die industrial safety guideline belonged in the binary industrial safety system of the Federal Republic of Germany to the national regulations as well as workplace regulations and the industrial safety law, i.e. they are supervised by national organs on their observance.
