Franc Winfield Woolworth (* 13 April 1852 in Rodman, New York; " 8 April 1919 in Glen Cove, New York) was the founder of the US-American department store and supermarket chain Woolworth.
The farmer son made teachings as a retail trade buyer and opened to 1879 its first own shop - a cheap shop with full assortment. The business model was nearly equivalent in the time of the large immigrant waves into the USA to a license to money pressures.
1911 could do the 1000.
