Willy Bouffier (* 15 December 1903 in Frankfurt/Main; "† 26 December 1969) was a professor and rector of the university for world trade in Vienna.

Life

Bouffier was born in Frankfurt/Main as a son of a post office master. 1923 it terminated the human High School in Marburg and began a chemistry study at the Goethe university in Frankfurt/Main. This it changed however fast in favor of an economiceconomics study and became in the summer 1926 Diplomkaufmann. One year later it already attained a doctorate to the doctor of the political sciences. 1 January 1928 he became an assistant of Karl Oberparleiter at Institut for world trade teachings at the university for world trade in Vienna. 1933 it habilitierte there with "the basis of the German and Austrian building savings nature "and became a.o. a professor. 1937 it became judicial of sworn in experts. For political reasons it had to leave 1938 the university, its activity as an expert was not affected by it, for the time being. In the process 2. World war it was called up 1942 into the military service. 1943 it left the realm resistance illness and had to do instead at the in Vienna to work.

With end of the war Bouffier could return 1945 the university and one year later became it a there tidy professor and director/conductor of the institute for industrielle operating teachings. Likewise 1946 he was appointed the chartered accoutant and was again as consultant for courts actively, and as advisors of different industries. Later its appointment as the trust-oh-reasonable grew from this activity. 1949 it became the rector of the university for world trade and remained this until 1951. 1951 became it an editor of the magazine the Austrian operation manager.

1958 to 1960 it was 1. Chairman of the federation of the university teachers for marketing and management registered association, the first time that this became a person outside of the German Reich and/or the Federal Republic of Germany. it received the Austrian honour cross for science and art Ith class to 1964. 1986 to 1969 it was again for an academic year rector of the university for world trade.
