The William route process was the last, most extensive and the temporally longest processes. Prominent belonging end of the foreign office and other Ministries was accused as well as further agencies of the NS time.
The charges
The indictment from 15 November 1947:
- Planning, preparation, introduction and guidance of wars of aggression and invasions,
- the common plan and the conspiracy,
- War crime: Murder and abusing of war participants and of prisoners of war,
- Crime against the humanity: Atrocities and punishable actions against German citizens for political, rassischen and religious reasons between 1933 and 1939,
- War crime and crime against the humanity: Against the civilian population committed atrocities and punishable actions,
- War crime and crime against the humanity: Robbery and plundering,
- War crime and crime against the humanity: Hard labour,
- Membership in criminal organizations.
