William Parry Murphy (* 6 February 1892 in Stoughton, Wisconsin; "† 9 October 1987 in Brookline, Massachusetts) was an US-American physician.

Murphy supplied substantial work over the effect of the insulin on the sugar illness.

For its liver therapy against anemia received 1934 it, to George R. Minot and George Hoyt Whipple the Nobelpreis for physiology or medicine.
