William Molterer (* 14. May 1955 in Steyr) is a Austrian politician

William Molterer visited the higher agricultural federal institute in pc. Florian. After the Matura in the year 1974 it began a study of the socio-economics at the University of Linz. 1980 took place the Sponsion to the Magister. From 1981 to 1984 Molterer for the Austrian farmer federation was active. Starting from 1987 he worked in the Ministry Of Agriculture among the Ministers Riegler and Fischler. From 1994 to 2003 Molterer was Federal Minister for land and forestry. Since 2003 he is club chairman of the in the national council.
