The Wildeshauser Geest is a nature park in Lower Saxony in the southern Oldenburger country, in one of the Hunte durchflossenen landscape. The area of the Naturparkes is 1,554 km largely with an east west expansion of approximately 50 km and by Syke, Weyhe, Delmenhorst, Hude, Wardenburg, large kneading, Cloppenburg, Visbek, Goldenstedt, Twistringen and Bassum is limited. In the center game living and Harpstedt lie.

The Zweckverband Wildeshauser Geest, to which except the districts Diepholz, Oldenburg and Vechta also further cities and municipalities belong, carries the nature park. The entire Geest was a center of premature settlement activity, which settles in a large number of Megalithanlagen and grave hills. The most well-known are the plants:
