In Germany the designation Wiki was registered in the class 30 (continuous baking goods, i.e. dominos, Aachener Printen, living cake heart filled and unfilled, spraying cakes and further living cake specialities, coffee pastry) as label name of the company Wilhelm Kinkartz GmbH & CO kg. The entry existed from 1989 to 2005; from 1956 to 1998 the name was additionally with a Logo as picture mark for Teigwaren and continuous baking goods registered. Since 2002 "Wiki is registered "also of a Danish textile company as word mark for clothing. There it in the meantime around a generic term for a form of web pages (Wikis) acts, is not entryable the designation any longer for all classes.
