Werner Otto Carl Creutzfeldt (* 11. May 1924 in Kiel) is a German internalist and a former director of the department of Gastroenterologie and Endokrinologie of the University of Goettingen on the range of the Humanmedizin.

He is the son of Hans Gerhard Creutzfeldt, after which the Creutzfeldt Jakob illness is designated. At the university clinic Creutzfeldt introduced the department system of the internal medicine.
