Vural (* 1 February 1942 in Ankara, Turkey) is an entrepreneur and a German politician.

The out rich parents' house mechanical engineering (mining industry, metallurgical engineering) in Berlin studied coming and still created in the same year in Hamburg the travel agency Istanbul from 1961 to 1969, which offered direct flights from Hamburg as the first into Turkey. From this 1973 the Trktour GmbH and finally 1985 came out route, today one of the ten large tour operators in Germany. Since 1990 is of German citizens.

Apart from his entrepreneur activity the SPD member is politically active. It is Kuratoriumsvorsitzender of the German-Turkish donation, member of the Zuwanderungskommission of the Federal Government and since 2004 of delegates of the European parliament.

2001 received Vural the Order of Merit to gang, which to it Federal President at that time Johannes Rau for its intercultural commitment and for its support lent for the integration of the foreign inhabitants in Germany. In the same year also the earnings/service medal of the Turkish state was lent to it for honor for special services.
