Vinyar Tengwar is a linguistic journal, which is published of the Elvish Linguistic Fellowship at the cost price and concerned with the study of the languages invented by J.R.R. Tolkien. The name is Quenya for "new letters" (or English "Newsletters").

Expenditures

The first expenditure of the Vinyar Tengwar appeared 1988, at that time still edited by Jorge Quinonez (later Carl F took over. Hostetter this task). To July 1994 they appeared every two months, thereafter only very irregularly - approximately once in the year.
