Veronika Petrovici (* 23. July 1934 in Tatulesti) be plastic Chirurgin, apl. Professor for plastic ones and Rekonstruktive surgery at the medical faculty of the university to Cologne. It introduced the method of the surgical distance of arterio venous after mark formations super+selective Embolisierung. Veronika Petrovici locked the national High School Slatina 1952 with the Abitur. Their study at the medical faculty of the University of Bucharest terminated it 1959 with the medical state examination and attained a doctorate with the work over epilepsy when cerebro vascular illnesses.

The further training in the plastic surgery received Veronika Petrovici starting from 1960 in the hospital for general surgery and in the hospital for plastic ones and Rekonstruktive surgery of the University of Bucharest. It was recognized 1965 as a specialized lady doctor for plastic surgery.

It moved 1969 to Germany, where it its activity in the hospital for plastic surgery of the university to Cologne, under which line of Josef Schrudde took up. Apart from its obligations as a hospital lady doctor it was possible for Veronika Petrovici to work also scientifically and habilitieren themselves 1982 on the university to Cologne with the work of contributions for the Klassification and therapy of the Hautangiome. 1988 became it by the Secretary of cultural affairs of the country North Rhine-Westphalia the rights one apl. Professor at the university to Cologne lent.

The scientific work of Veronika Petrovici is coined/shaped by the studies over classification, hospital and therapy of the cutaneous and vascular mark formations. Their results were published in numerous articles in technical periodicals and contributions to Monographien. From their contributions the following are to be mentioned:

The scientific work and clinical working of Veronika Petrovici found by three honorary memberships acknowledgment: Internationally Society for the Study OF Vascular Anomalies, Romanian academy for medical science, Jordanian Society for plastics and Reconstructive Surgery.

It is also member of the German society for surgery, the association of the German plastic surgeons, that internationally Society for Burn Injuries and the Italiana di Chirurgia Plastica.
