User countries are countries, into which by other states e.g. certain personnel is sent.

Here it can concern civilian technical personnel that accomplishes and/or supports the structure and/or reconstruction of infrastructure or institutions. In addition, military personnel can be meant with it. The German commitment abroad is broadly varied in this regard. Development assistance is likewise made available like a contribution to the internal and outside security of a user country. Abroad the center offers an overview of the German civilian and military employments for international peace employments (ZIF). The German Federal Armed Forces make for its part an overview available of their personnel abroad. The numbers differ partially, since different actualization intervals and different number ways are present.
