Ursula Oetker (* 1915; "† 23 December 2005) was a German Unternehmerin.

Oetker was granddaughter of the former company head and baking powder pioneer Rudolf August Oetker. The Schwartau works changed already into the 1960er years by inheritance into the property from Ursula Oetker, were at this time however unprofitable and a case of reorganization.
