History

Unisys came out from a fusion of SPERRY and Burroughs in the middle of 1986. The fusion became at that time as dinosaur wedding in the computer science industry admits. Burroughs bought SPERRY at a price of 4.8 billion US Dollar. This fusion made Unisys to it times the second largest computer science Dienstleister world-wide.
