Ultra Low Floor (ULF), English for lowest corridor (vehicle), designates a technology for Niederflurfahrzeuge (usually streetcars). The ULF developed for the streetcar net of the Viennese lines is present the streetcar vehicle with the lowest entrance height.

With the ULF the soil of the vehicle interior is so low that it lies in approximately in one level with the sidewalk, if this exhibits a high pavement. The entrance is on 180 mm over the rail upper edge, which continuous floor of the car 205 mm over the rail upper edge, thus about in each case 100 mm lower than with conventional Niederflurfahrzeugen, which particularly comes passengers with wheelchairs and buggies to property. For the Design of the vehicles the company Porsche Design had responsibility itself.

The first supply, altogether 150 series vehicles plus the two prototypes brought on series standard is now final. An order over further 150 ULF (and an option of 150 pieces) was given to in the middle of 2004. The manufacturers hope for orders also from other cities.

Following the Innotrans 2004 the issued car drove some days for the purpose of demonstration in the citizen of Berlin streetcar net. In addition 2005 two ULF were some days in Graz to test purposes on the way as well as 2001 a course in Munich.
