In the official right the term transfer stands for the transmission of another office put on in the long term in the abstract-functional sense, thus the change of the authority.

The transfer is open to attack a act of administration and therefore with the contestation complaint.

Within the range of his service gentleman the official can be shifted, if for it an official need exists (see "§ 26 exp. 1 sentence 1 federal official law, and/or "§ 18 exp. 1 official right framework law). The term of the official need is fully subjected as indefinite right term without evaluation clearance of judicial control.

For a transfer to another service gentleman in principle more urgent official reasons are required. It affects the basic relationship, which the official with its conscription died in each case.

A transfer into a lower-value office is possible only in exceptional cases.

From the transfer to to differentiate is the conversion. The transmission of another office in the concrete-functional sense is named. That is the assignment of another field within an authority.
