Tobias (* 1 February 1965 in Stuttgart) is a German politics policy and peace researcher.

In the year 2003 it took at altogether 105 meetings to the ranges of topics: (German role in) Iraq war, German Federal Armed Forces/defense policy guidelines, European Union militarization, European Union condition part.

With the European choice 2004 the non-party stood as a candidate for the left wing party, for which it drew afterwards into the European parliament.
