- One time is a formal, mathematical-physical model, with which one can describe a certain time with a number. Similarly the mathematical model of one point in the area one time has one duration of zero and thus no expansion in the dimension of the time. In applied physics cannot talk meaningfully about "accurate times ", there the well-known physical laws beyond the Planck time, thus more briefly than approx. 10-43 s, fail. Time means then: A time measure sufficiently exact concerning the computing gene Augustness.
- In connection with critical path method and scheduling one time is described according to DIN 69900 part of 1 a "fixed point in the expiration, its situation by time units (e.g. minutes, days weeks) and is related to a zero point".
