Thomas Siebel (* 1953) is the founder and former principal shareholder of the company Siebel of system (1993; Stock exchange course 1996). Siebel is billionaire and one of the richest and most prominent entrepreneurs of the USA.

Before it created Siebel of system, Siebel worked as a chairman of the board (Chief Executive Officer) at Gain Technology, a Multimedia software society, which fused in December 1992 with Sybase. 1984 to 1990 he was manager in different leading positions with Oracle.
