Thomas Gann (* 13. May 1867 in Murrish, Ireland; "† 24 February 1938) was an anglo Irish physician and archaeologist.

In Middlesex, England to the doctor of the medicine trained native Irish was sent 1894 as a physician to of British Honduras (the today's Belize), where it discovered already soon its interest in the Mayaruinen, which was at that time still to a large extent undokumentiert.

As a hobby archaeologist he discovered among other things Lubaantun, Ichpaatun and Tzibanche. Gann supplied for the first time detailed descriptions of the ruins of Xunantunich, Lamanai and In Tulum it completed the research results of its predecessors and found inside the pyramid intact Gtzenstatue.

1923 he withdrew himself again to Great Britain, where he worked as a lector for archaeology on the university of Liverpool.
