Tetilla is a traditional galizischer semisolid cow's milk cheese in pear form. The Spanish name means a large female chest. This sahnige cheese is pale yellow. It has a mild taste. The consistency is giving way under finger pressure. It matures two to three months and contains only 25% fat in the dry weight.
