A territorial production complex (TPK) is a gebietliche Produktionsstruktur aligned to certain main productions.

The TPK is characterized by a high degree of the innergebietlichen entwinement of large vertically and horizontal integrated enterprises, the complex use of area resources, proportional, one on the other co-ordinated development different productions and services as well as certain science mechanisms. Such complexes were operated by the government of the USSR for the promotion of weakly structured areas (among other things in Siberia).

The communication expenditures were minimized by utilization of the innergebietlichen combination of the regional structural components. The regional specialization on main productions with range carried out itself in particular in the USSR. With the establishment of TPK in the USSR, in particular in the eastern areas (e.g. Brast Ust Ilimsker, Sajansker TPK) the manufacturing plants of the area were connected economically among themselves technologically and.
