TeleOp GmbH is shareholders of the Galileo concession and is an enterprise created for the execution of the Galileo enterprise. The company headquarters is in Oberpfaffenhofen/Wessling.

The TeleOp shareholders are T-system, DLR, EADS as well as the Bavarian promotion bank LfA. The agreement of the shareholders of the Galileo concession closed in the dec. 2005 plans both the seat of the Galileo control center and a center for the evaluation of Galileo performance data in Oberpfaffenhofen.
