Tekrum (Theodor bent GmbH & CO. Kg) is the manufacturer of fine and ice pastry specialities, leading in Germany.
The enterprise was created 1897 by Theodor bent and became soon a royal yard supplier. Until 1997 it was led as exempt private company in the possession of different branches of the family bent.
1997 took part the pastry company Griesson - de Beukelaer with 50% in the Ravensburger fine food baker's shop. In February 2005 the pastry company transferred the remaining portions the TEKRUM works Theodor retroactively to 1 January 2005 also bent GmbH & CO. Kg and made from it a 100%-ige daughter. The establishment place Ravensburg is to today location of the enterprise.
Tekrum employs (conditions: At the beginning of of 2005) of approximately 300 coworkers and had 2004 a conversion of 26 million euro. End of the 90's were there still 350 coworkers, the annual turnover amounted to at that time approximately 40 million euro.
To the well-known products belong Tekrum Florentiner, Mandelmakronen, nut corners and (Eiswaffeln, Hohlhippen). Tekrum produces also for different foreign marks.
