Since almost each humans are capable of the social interaction and can its personal authority into a team bring, the concrete team ability is measured to than generally relevantly less regarded adaptability in conflict situations, but rather to it how well the particular over its strengths and weaknesses in arbeitsteiligen situations are conscious and this on his part communicates.

This so-called team Design and/or Teambuilding places thus not the adaptability of the particular into the center, but joins dominant factor, initiative, constant and conscientious resources to an optimally functioning operational unit (team).
