The subscription period is a period fixed by the emitter, within whose securities coming on the market can be drawn again such as shares or loans before the stock exchange course at a fixed price.

If the demand is so high that the securities are already oversubscribed (more demand than offer), can be terminated the subscription period prematurely.

With large demand also a multi-dispatching option can be exercised, if it is so intended in the terms of issue.
