The strong one was a document, which was intended for it, executed to the safety device of a right, the entitled one to be generally handed out.

Besides one called the right determined in this document also strong one.

In its special meaning the strong one was a document over a pension purchase. In the bremischen right there was a special mortgage with name strong one up to the entry into force of the civil law book 1901, in which the publicity of the right was not caused by public books, but public proclaiming with the effect of the exclusion required. The strong one was executed there as bearer share.

Also historical documents are strong ones under the designation well-known, e.g.

1. the Georgenberger strong one, with which 1186 the future of the Steiermark was affected
2. the Kulmer in such a way specified strong one, the first document of the German medal in the Prussia country: Municipal law award for the cities Kulm and Thorn
3. on 1218, but probably falsified golden one dated the strong one, which made Berne the free realm city.
