The stock exchange Namibia (English: Namibian stick Exchange NSE or NSX) is the stock exchange of Namibia with seat in Windhuk.

The stock exchange Namibia came out from a combination of enterprises from Namibia and 1992 as institute of the public right was based.

For establishment carried out everyone for a set of establishment enterprise a starting capital of N$ 10, 000 Namibia dollar, and the trade of securities began on 30 September 1992 with double listing of enterprises, which were acted before only at the Johannisburger stock exchange (JSE). First purely Namibi listing and capital increase took place 1994. Since their start works the stock exchange Namibia as computer stock exchange and was in November 1998 the first stock exchange within the South African development community (SADC), which the electronic commercial system "JET system" the JSE took over.

The stock exchange operated under the license of the Treasury of Namibia and becomes by the stock exchange combination (stock exchange association), which administers Exekutivkommitee and different Unterkommitees. The stock exchange is adjusted by the "stick Exchanges control act" (of 1985 and 1992). The adherence to these is controlled by the a constant Vetreter of the Treasury; supported by the department OF Financial institution supervision (financial control authority).
