Stiebel Eltron is a medium-size enterprise with company headquarters in Holzminden.

The company is manufacturer of electrical, warm water and heaters as well as from systems to the use of regenerativ energies and plants for ventilation of dwellings with heat recovery.

The enterprise was created 1924 from Dr. Theodor Stiebel, the developer of the first ring immersion heater, effected in Berlin, the removal after Holzminden only 1943 after the work in Berlin was zerbombt.
