Stephanos Geroulanos (* in close proximity to Athens) is a Greek surgeon.

Stephanos Geroulanos buildup as a son of an archaeologist in the midst of archaeological artifacts. So already early its interest in the antique art, above all the vase painting was aroused. When Geroulanos began with its medicine study, a special interest in pictures with a medicine-historical context developed. In this time it began to put on archives with pictures from antique works of art to this topic which increased until today to an important photo documentation.

Long years was active Stephanos Geroulanos as Viszeralchirurg and professor at the university hospital in Zurich. Beginning of the 1990er years it was appointed as a director of the Onassis cardiology center in Athens.
