Standard Telephones and Cables (STC) is an enterprise from the computer range, which took over 1984 the British company internationally computer Limited (ICL) and so that bought up the last independent British manufacturer of universally usable large computers. STC for his part was bought up 1990 by the Northern Telecom company.
