A project is a unique, new project, in which within a certain period the realization of a concrete idea is planned. In order to realize projects, it requires a suitable organization form. There are many different variants the project organization. The most well-known variants are the line project organization, the staff line project organization, the matrix project organization, which pure project organization and Projektgesellschaft.Die staff line project organization frequently also called influence project organization.
