Spark plasma Sintering is a sinter procedure comparable with hot-presses. Sintering effected essentially via pulsed Strom.Das characteristic one at this procedure is that the direct current is led directly by the graphite; thus the sinter is from the inside out warmed up and not as from the outside when hot-pressing. The advantage in this procedure is in the fact that the warmth and/or cooling rate is extremely high (600k/min).
