Southwest metal is work and sociopolitical protection of interests of the enterprises of the metal and electrical industry in Baden-Wuerttemberg. The federation supports and represents thereby the interests of the members and persons employed in the sphere of influence.

For more than 50 years the members profit from the experience in handling trade unions and work councils, in the organization of the operational work relations and in the process agency before the work and social courts. Altogether 13 groups of districts in the federation area guarantee an approach place in those proximity to the member firms. Southwest metal is thereby part of a network of the German employers' associations, the sociopolitical protection of interests the entrepreneur shank.
