Soil order designation in the Federal Republic of Germany the sovereign transformation of the ownership structures at reason and soil and is thereby a land reform.

One differentiates between soil order with respect to the rural and soil order with respect to the urban area. First is called consolidation of farmland (legal basis consolidation of farmland act), the latters is called rating (legal basis building law book).

Due to the Surrogationsprinzips, which is mentioned that properties and rights assigned in the procedure step to the place of thrown in properties and rights, the rating contents regulation of the property and thus no expropriation.
