Over the questions "which is the Who belongs to, who How can it be ", already much was discussed. Conceptions over and descriptions of the socio-economics stand in the discussion with priority for implicit political attitudes and desires (see in: Course change 4, 2004:18). One could do mine, descriptions of the socio-economics resembles a Kaleidoskop - many something similar, but rarely the same pictures.
Besides most socio-economical organizations - alone from their history - are strangely defined, i.e. both in their field of activity, and their legal form and the way of their budgeting after Risenfelder and Dimmel (course changes 4, 2004). From it the conventional definition attempts, which describe socio-economics mostly in the demarcation of other sectors, result with priority in the demarcation to the state ("not publicly ") and to the market ("does not profit-orient, not privately "), in addition, in demarcation to the informal sector (Leeb 2003). This negative demarcation to other sectors is however rejected ever more frequently. More positive term suggestions e.g. put the emphasis on the achievements, which the socio-economics furnishes, like "More than profit range "(giant fields, in: Course change 4:2004) or "Social profit organizations "(Dimmel, in: Course change 4:2004). Also "socio-economics "is implied a positively formulated term that in this range active organizations are active first of all economical enterprises and secondly in the social field. Beyond the term giving, however also a qualitative description of the socio-economics must be transacted:
A detection of the socio-economics in the social field appears inevitable. This is often described as welfare triangle between the ranges private sector, state and informal sector (Leeb 2003, S. v.a. Evers 1990/1993). The informal sector in the industrialized countries seizes that range, in which enterprise outside of the nationally specified rules keep house and extracts themselves from often national control. The enterprises concerned are not registered at the authorities (see Fischer world yearbook, homepage of the German Federal Ministry for economic co-operation and development). While enterprises and organizations of the socio-economics cannot be assigned to this range, a demarcation is substantially more difficult to the private sector and to the public hand to make. The present discussion contains several controversy topics to the demarcation problem, in which none or hardly consent is to be found.
It becomes clear that socio-economics is to be defined as own, clearly definable and static range hardly. Also (in: Course change 4:2004) understands the socio-economics not statically, but dynamically.
