The is a Detonator (actually fuze one does not call) for explosives. It is used for approximately simultaneous igniting of explosive materials, among other things the explosive in atom bombs.

An ignition hammer is advanced by the exploding leader, which releases a chemical detonation with the impact on the explosive. Also magnetically propelled ignition hammer gives it.
