Scientific auxiliary workers at German universities studying or persons employed with university conclusion is called, which supporting activities in teachings, research and service to perform. Altogether the duration, for which a student may work as an auxiliary worker, is limited Germany to four years. In February 2002 in Steinbach with Frankfurt/Main the collective agreement initiative of student persons employed was based, who demand a as fixed in the tariff and personnel-legal security of all student persons employed at scientific mechanisms.
