Schmidt of plays is a play publishing house in Berlin.

The founder Josef Friedrich Schmidt did not develop 1907/1908 the board play humans which is based on antique models annoys you. Later its new play publishing house took up five years series production. Its later program covered child, family and adult plays as well as puzzles - among other things Kniffel, pointed passport up, Acquire and Dampfross.

1997 came the Schmidt of plays into economic difficulties, to whose consequence they were transferred by the citizens of Berlin Blatz group. Blatz resumed its own play program under the proven name Schmidt of plays. The publishing house drives out besides the several times price-crowned board plays of the Hans in the luck of publishing house.
