The is a French whey cheese, with which the whey of raw cow and goat milk used. It originates from the French alps.
The cheese has a very bright and soft paste. Since the mass is very soft, it is sold not as cheese loaf, but in different containers. The cheese is eaten very gladly without further spices. Occasionally it is put on however also with herbs and olive oil.
A comparable cheese is made of the whey, which drops with the production of Beaufort (cheese).
