The road and right of way is the public thing right at the roads, ways and places, which are dedicated as such. It determines regularly the carriers of the road construction load.

The traffic right however serves the regulation within the use of a road (a way or a place). The traffic right is within the traffic dangers to repel and at the same time for security and ease of traffic provide.

The Gemeingebrauch covers bspw. the usual traffic, the care of interhuman communication or distributing handbills. If the road is used however against its dedication primarily for commercial purposes, a special use is present, which is subject to approval.
