The residential property law (WAY) regulates the property at individual dwellings (separate estate) in Germany, at not for living purposes used areas or surfaces (partial property) and the Gemeinschaftseigentum in a building, there this form of the property after the civil law book (BGB) of 1900 is not possible (property at the building is connected with property at property).
