Rupert Blue (* 30. March 1868 in Richmond County, North Carolina; "† 12 April 1948) was from 1912 to 1920 Surgeon general OF the United States.

Blue visited the University OF Virginia from 1889 to 1890 and received its medical training at the University OF Maryland, from which he graduated to 1892.
