Rudolf Lehmann (* 11 December 1890 in floats; "† 26 July 1955 in Bonn) was director/conductor of the legal department with the OKW and German general upper staff judge.

Lehmann visited a High School in Bonn until 1909 and studied afterwards, between 1909 and 1912, jurisprudence in Munich, Freiburg in mash gau, Leipzig and Marburg.

He worked starting from 1933 in the RJM, became 1937 president of the senate at the realm court-martial and led between 1938 and 1943 as Ministerialdirektor the legal department of the armed forces.

1938 was it on honour legal proceedings against the commander in chief of the army, general Werner von Fritsch, when assessor takes part. 1944 were appointed Lehmann because of its earnings/services the general upper staff judge.
