Rosalyn Yalow geb. Sussmann (* 19. July 1921 in New York, USA) be a American Physikerin.

1977 were distinguished it for the development of radio-immunological methods of the regulation by Peptidhormonen with the Nobelpreis for physiology or medicine.

Rosalyn Yalow informed from 1968 to 1979 to the "Mount Sinai School OF Medicine and from 1975 to 1985 at the Yeshiwa university in New York. In addition it led starting from 1970 the department for nuclear medicine of the veteran administration hospital in the Bronx, New York. It developed together with Solomon Aaron Berson the method radioimmunoassay, which simplified in particular the treatment of diabetes substantially. Married with Aaron Yalow.
