Roger Charles Louis Guillemin (* 11 January 1924 in Dijon, d'Or, France) is an French-US-American biochemist.

Guillermin supplied substantial work over the hypothalamus and, being connected with it, over the Thyreoliberin. He works on the Salk of institutes for biological studies in California.

it received 1977 together with Andrew Victor Schally the Nobelpreis for physiology or medicine "for its discoveries over production from Peptidhormonen in the brain ".
